The Northwestern football team is now 2-0! The Cats pulled off a big victory over the Duke Blue Devils last saturday, September 6th. They won by a score of 24-20. The team was also coming off a huge win August 29th in which they crushed the Syracuse Orange 30-10. Some experts have said that this is the Cats' big break out year and they could really make a run for the Big Ten title. The team has a lot of seniors this year so it could be the last chance in awhile for them to make a run. Runningback Tyrell Sutton will be leading the way along with quarterback, C.J. Bacher and wide reciever, Ross Lane. Hopefully the "Big 3" can lead the Cats to a great season!

It would be fantastic if Northwestern dominated this year. What a tough transition they had to go through with the unexpected loss of Randy Walker in '06. I'm eager to see Fitzgerald inspire them through a great season!
